Egyptian pygmy mantis (Miomantis paykullii)

Colored mantises from light brown to green, one of the easiest mantises to keep and breed, making them ideal for beginners.

They will need a terrarium 2 times their body width and 3 times height, with a humidity of 70%. and a temperature of 15 to 30ºC.

As adults they measure about 4 cm in the case of females and 3.5 cm in the case of males.

They feed on insects according to their size, starting with Drosophila melanogaster or funebris.
